△ BREATHWORK SESSIONS
△ WHAT THIS IS
Breathwork is a guided somatic and energetic practice using the breath as a bridge between the conscious and subconscious. Each session is an invitation to release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and return to presence through embodied awareness.
△ WHY THIS WORK
The breath reflects the state of the nervous system and the patterns held within the body. When we work with the breath consciously, we create space for release, clarity, and reconnection to the deeper intelligence within.
△ WHAT HAPPENS IN SESSION
- Conscious connected breathing
- Somatic release and nervous system regulation
- Energetic attunement and subtle field awareness
- Vocal / tonal guidance where appropriate
- Integration through silence or dialogue
△ INTENTION
These sessions are not about performance, technique, or achieving a specific state. They are a space of remembrance—an invitation to meet yourself exactly as you are, and allow the breath to support what is ready to move, soften, or be seen.
The intention is not to force change, but to create the conditions where the body, breath, and awareness can naturally reorganize into greater presence and coherence.
△ HOW THE SESSION IS HELD
Each session is live, intuitive, and responsive to what is present in the moment. While the structure adapts to the individual and the energy of the session, there is always a clear intention set at the beginning to guide the work.
Some sessions begin with brief dialogue, while others move directly into breath. The facilitation may include music, live instruments, silence, or subtle somatic touch when appropriate to support nervous system regulation.
Sessions are typically experienced lying down, though seated breath positions may be used depending on comfort, experience level, or physical needs.
The session unfolds in three phases:
- Opening & Intention Setting (approx. 5–10 min) — Brief dialogue and alignment into what is present and what is being called in
- Breathwork Journey (approx. 30–40 min) — Guided conscious breathing tailored to your experience, intention, and nervous system capacity
- Integration & Grounding (final 15–20 min) — Return to natural breath, deep receiving, nervous system settling, and embodied integration
In the final moments of the session, you are gently guided back into full presence and grounded awareness. Space is then offered to share, reflect, or ask anything that arises.
△ HOW TO PREPARE
There is nothing you need to do to prepare in a perfect way. The most important preparation is simply arriving as you are—open, willing, and present with whatever state you find yourself in that day.
For your comfort, it is recommended to avoid heavy meals, alcohol, or stimulants directly before your session so the body can soften more easily into the work.
Wear comfortable clothing. If attending in person, please bring water. If attending online, have water nearby, ensure your device is fully charged, and you are in a quiet, uninterrupted space where you can fully drop in. Additionally, you may wish to have a blanket, mat, or anything that supports your physical comfort while lying down.
Come without expectation. The breath will meet you exactly where you are.
